Chad Foster’s message goes far beyond simply checking the ‘Keynote Speaker’ box on your planning list. His ability to connect on both a personal and professional level, provided our attendees with a very real opportunity to refocus on the challenges we all face but–more importantly–the possibilities that we still control in our lives. Following up his keynote presentation with his workshop presentation, brought out some very clear, new, and obvious connections. Our industry is all about touching lives in a positive way and Chad Foster allowed us to do that for the people responsible for doing that for others.

Chad lost his eyesight at 21 years old but developed vision better than anyone else I know… speaking at a Life Time Inc. event. I had to follow him on stage after the entire audience hung on every word he spoke… courage, resilience, optimism, goodness, funny, inspirational, aspirational… It was an amazing speech that I’ll always remember. I told the audience that I had a similar experience having to follow Jocko Willink on stage and that I’d rather fight Jocko then ever have to follow Chad on stage again.

I walked out with a whole new outlook on life just listening to Foster sharing his life experience. A true visionary!!

He could have easily gone the other way but instead when he lost his vision, he decided to use it to show people that you decide your story, not the life events we go through. Happiness is a decision we make every day when we wake up. His positive spin on life with a no bs attitude is something we can all benefit from. He raises the question of “is being in the dark & losing your vision a blessing?” For him, it seems like it may have been! He is very relatable and good at what he does. Highly recommend him for any business/professional event.
